The DuPage County Hounds Baseball Team, DuPage’s summer collegiate wood bat team, announced today their medical staff for the 2012 season. The Hounds become the first team in the Midwest Collegiate League to have a medical staff for their team, which includes a doctor/hospital, physical therapist, and a chiropractor.
Vanguard Chicago Center for Orthopedics, an affiliate of Weiss Memorial Hospital, will serve as the team’s doctor.
ARC Physical Therapy, which has seven locations in the Chicago market including Woodridge and Lisle, will serve as the team’s physical therapist.
Vitality Chiropractic Center, which is located in Aurora, will serve as the team’s chiropractor.
The DuPage County Hounds Baseball Team is DuPage’s summer collegiate wood bat team. The Hounds play their home games at the 1,100-seat Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex. During the 2012 season, which is the team’s Inaugural Season, the Hounds will play a total of 46-games, of which 23 will be played at home. The Hounds Home Opener is scheduled for Friday, June 1 at 7pm. Single game tickets are only $8, group tickets start at $5 and season tickets are only $129 per seat.
